I have always been passionate about continuing to develop new skills and techniques and attend regular sugarcraft masterclasses whenever I can. Having learnt from the very best cakemakers including Mich Turner MBE and Squires Kitchen, my business is now focused solely on sharing my knowledge and experience through workshops in Suffolk.
